Some Work Enables Each Person (SWEEP) - A simple database to connect idled workers with temporary employers. 
In the Great Depression of the 30's people swept floors and did odd jobs for food and comfort. 
As a stopgap measure, it is not considered formal employment. 
To keep the concept simple and practical, there is no insurance, tax withholding, or any obligation to or of either party. 
Use the database at your own risk for your own benefit indicating skills (worker) or type of work needed 
(employer) and sufficient contact information.
